This past weekend:
- We finally finished up the work on the house and turned it completely over to the Realtor. *long, deep sigh*
- We spent a nice afternoon with our son (and his dog) before saying good-bye. That was hard, knowing that we won’t be seeing him as often now.
- We watched a pair of sundogs dancing around the sun on our drive back to the apartment.
- We drove to Clearwater Beach on Sunday for a little relaxation and seafood dinner.
- It was windy with fast-moving, very low clouds, so it looked fairly hazy. That didn’t stop the beach-goers – it was jam-packed!
- We watched the pirate ship go by.
- I had phone calls from both of my kids and I called my mother.
It was an unusual, sort-of-sad, relaxing weekend.
