I’m thinking…

The world got smaller when God brought a new friend into my life. I’ve never been to Australia before, but have always had a desire to go. When I finally get there, I’ll have a friend waiting.

Carolanne very generously bestowed upon me the Thoughtful Blogger Award. Thankfully, this award doesn’t come with any requirements other than to pass the recognition on to another Blogger who makes us think. Actually, I think I’m more of a “thoughtful commenter” than a “thoughtful blogger,” but I’ll accept the award. Thanks, Carolanne!

Since Carolanne is one of those Bloggers who really makes me think, and I can’t very well recognize her right back (well, I guess I could…), I decided to take a different slant on that award. Another blog I visit regularly does make me think, sometimes by the stories and lessons he posts, sometimes by the photos he shares, and sometimes by his sermons. He creates beautiful pottery, too! Oh, yeah! He’s also a Kentucky Wildcats basketball fan! (Go, ‘Cats!)

Lately, however, he has challenged me to think in other ways. Will’s photography is very nice, and he takes great photos of nature, especially of close-ups of flowers. I happened to identify a flower in one photo. He posted a second one…I got it. He posted another that I was able to identify. Then he challenged me with yet another. This one took a bit of thinking on my part, but we think I’m right. I’m afraid he’s going to keep challenging me in this way until he can stump me…it oughta be fun!

So, Will. I’m almost afraid to ask. Do you have another challenge for me?
