Laughter is good for your health: it reduces stress, boosts your immune system, lowers blood pressure, exercises the body, improves brain function, and changes our mood. It creates a positive attitude and outlook. It’s relaxing.

Laughter is contagious, too; it’s a simple way to improve the temperament of those sourpusses around us.

January 24, at 1:24 pm (local time, no matter which time zone you’re in) is time for everyone to join in with a belly laugh; smile, throw your arms in the air and laugh out loud!
